Meet Penny Sheldon

Penny’s background was Executive Assistant to some of Australia’s top business leaders including John Singleton, Mark Carnegie and David Gonski.

Her recruitment business started when she was approached by senior business executives across many industries to find quality staff for them. This included companies such as Macquarie Bank, UBS, Champ Private Equity, Anka Properties, Built.

She prides herself on her professional approach, confidentiality and the ability to fit the right candidate to the right company, focusing on a candidate’s skill, experience, work ethic, ability and diversity.

She is also committed to every placement, by following up to ensure the placement is successful.
